If we close the deal on a note that you have referred to us, we will send you a check for 1/3rd of 1 percent or .003% of the selling price of the note. The Minimum check is $200!
As an example, if we purchased a note for $100,000, your check would be for $300.(100,000.00 x .003 = $300.00)
If you refer us a note, or other cash flow, that we purchase for $1,000,000, your check would be for $3,000. (1,000,000.00 x .003 = $3,000.00) |
