We then post your note before hundreds of pre-qualified buyers who are ready to purchase your note(s).     We Inform You of Inquiries and Offers to Close the Deal Be prepared to answer some additional questions or negotiate on an offer once your note is submitted.     We Facilitate the Closing Should you receive and accept an offer, you will be required to complete a commitment letter on our site and forward, by fax or e-mail a standard list of relevant documents in order to facilitate the closing of the transaction.
