Q. Can I post my property on your site if there are serious delinquencies?
Q. Can I list my property on your site if it is out of state?
Q. If I am in foreclosure and losing my home, can I still get some cash?
Q. Are all Purchase Offers made on the spot when an investor visits or calls? No. Every deal has to be evaluated on its merits. Information also has to be verified, such as mortgage and title information. This does not take very long, and sometimes the investor will perform some of the research before meeting with you.
Q. If I have a very large property of high value, can I sell it as well? Yes. Depending on what the market supports, and what investors are willing to pay, you might receive an offer to buy directly from an investor and also avoid having to pay a realtor's fee of 3% to 6%. Understand that the investors are searching for deals to either keep or resale at a later date.
Q. How fast can I sell my home or other property? It depends on the main factor in any transaction, and that is price. Sellers who are more flexible in their price due to market conditions, or, personal need for cash now, have faster results in selling. Most closings can take place in as little as 30 days… some even less. Other sales require a time of 45 to 60 days depending on the complexity of the deal. Our investors however, strive to perform a closing as soon as possible.
